Students and parents, I know a few of you missed the camp meeting a couple Sunday’s ago. If so please pay careful attention to the following information so you or your student is well equipped.

On Sunday June 28th, we will meet at the church around 12:45 and leave at 1:00PM sharp. Please try to be on time for this and come already having eaten lunch.

Please look at the packing list in the student camp packet link attached below to know what to bring.

  • We are team Real Deal - So our color will be PURPLE. For that theme night please bring purple to wear!

  • Don’t forget the bedding and towels!

  • DRESS CODE - please see the dress code and dress appropriately! If not dressed appropriately, long basketball shorts and large t-shirt will be given to wear.

  • Cell phones are allowed, but please talk to your student about disconnecting from them for the week. If they are seen on their phone too often they will be taken.

We will return on Thursday morning and will send out a text when we are 30 minutes out.

Below you will see a map of the campus. Boys will be staying in one of the blue cabins beside the zip line and girls will be staying in cabin # 31 beside the lake.

2025-2026 student year

Hey Students and Parents!

I am excited as ever to get into another year of student ministry and really looking forward to walking alongside your student in hopes of aiding their growth in Christ. A main way I seek to do that is faithfully teaching the word week in and week out. Going chapter by chapter verse by verse through God’s word to hear and learn what He has to say to us. It’s such a comfort knowing that in an ever changing culture, God word is never changing.

This year I am switching some things up in terms of our events. There are a few guidelines that need to be put in place in regards to event sign-ups/payments so please read carefully those below.

  • In order to be considered officially signed-up, you must sign-up through flock note AND pay for the event. For our overnight events you will pay a deposit. (Beach trip / mission trip / camp)

  • If you have to drop out of the event after sign-ups close and the church has already paid for your spot there is no refund for payment, nor will there be a deposit refund for overnight events.

  • For events, you can only pay online. This will help us better track who has paid and who has not. All events must be paid on website under the “student ministry” tab with a memo/note left on the payment for what event it is for.
