JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Greeters - This will only be a night 1 position. Families should be greeted when they walk in, taken to pick up their jersey (Jersey will be in alphabetical order by last name), shown the schedule and make sure they know which side of the court they play on.

Clean up Crew - clean up spills, periodically check bathrooms. First crew of the evening should go ahead and get mop ready in case of spills.

Concession - Cheryl will be in charge, do whatever she ask!

Summer camp

Cost? - $300/student (before fundraising)
Sign-up due date- March 1st - $75/Deposit due upon registering

2025-2026 student year

Hey Students and Parents!

I am excited as ever to get into another year of student ministry and really looking forward to walking alongside your student in hopes of aiding their growth in Christ. A main way I seek to do that is faithfully teaching the word week in and week out. Going chapter by chapter verse by verse through God’s word to hear and learn what He has to say to us. It’s such a comfort knowing that in an ever changing culture, God word is never changing.

This year I am switching some things up in terms of our events. There are a few guidelines that need to be put in place in regards to event sign-ups/payments so please read carefully those below.

  • In order to be considered officially signed-up, you must sign-up through flock note AND pay for the event. For our overnight events you will pay a deposit. (Beach trip / mission trip / camp)

  • If you have to drop out of the event after sign-ups close and the church has already paid for your spot there is no refund for payment, nor will there be a deposit refund for overnight events.

  • For events, you can only pay online. This will help us better track who has paid and who has not. All events must be paid on website under the “student ministry” tab with a memo/note left on the payment for what event it is for.

These guidelines will be put in place after this Sunday’s corn maze / lock-in. Please let me know if you have any questions.
