Cooking is more than just mixing stuff together—it takes time, creativity, care, and knowing what each ingredient brings to the table. The same is true when it comes to growing our faith! Kids get to put on their aprons and discover how to practice spiritual habits that bring them closer to God. Through Old Testament stories like those of Jacob, Moses, and Deborah, our young chefs will realize that God always makes time for us, God gave us gifts that make a difference, God makes us stronger together, and we make God known when we share our story.
Below, you will find all the information that you need for a great week ahead for VBS. Please read carefully and thoroughly so everyone is prepared and informed.
Dates and Times -
June 9th, 10th, and 11th (Tues-Thurs)
Drop-off time will be from 8:55am-9:15am.
Pick-up time will be begin at 12:30pm.
Location for Drop-off & Pick-up-
As you see the picture below, please pay careful attention to map as this will show you the route you should go for both drop-off and pick-up.
As you pull in from Lake Shore Rd S, please stay within the cones and follow the red line on the map.
Once you pull up to our worship center doors, we will have several leaders there to receive the children without you having to park and get out of the car. We will have their security tags already printed and ready to place on them for identification. If you have a child, especially on day one that is a little timid and struggling to walk in on their own, you are welcome to pull to one of the parking spaces on the side and assist your child into the building.
Snacks-
Snacks will be provided for all children.
Please DO NOT send a water bottle with your child, we will provide water.
